The use of this service is a privilege, not a right.

This is a translation of the Spanish text. If the two differ, the Spanish text prevails.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to the website yeah-market.es and to the Yeah Market app for iPhone and Android. The owner is Yeah Market (email: hola@yeah-market.es).

By creating an account or using Yeah Market you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Yeah Market.

2. What Yeah Market is

Yeah Market lets you give the clothes you no longer wear to people you know. It is free: nothing is bought or sold here. Yeah Market only puts people in touch.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older.
Each account is personal, for one person only, and is created with your Apple or Google account.
The details in your profile must be true.
You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone else is using it, write to us.

You can add your children to see clothes in their size, but they don't use Yeah Market.

4. What it can be used for

Yeah Market is only for giving and receiving clothes between people. You may not use it for anything else. In particular, you may not:

upload illegal content or content that infringes other people's rights (for example, counterfeit brands or photos that aren't yours);
give away dangerous or recalled items;
upload nudity or sexual content;
upload violent, hateful or offensive content;
harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone;
sell, ask for money or anything in return, regularly resell what you receive, advertise or send spam;
upload photos of other people without their permission;
pretend to be someone else;
copy data automatically, attack or overload the service, or try to get in where you have no permission.

5. Your content and hand-overs

The photos and descriptions you upload are yours, and you are responsible for them. By uploading them, you allow Yeah Market to store them and show them to your people, only to provide the service (see the Legal notice).

You arrange hand-overs between yourselves. Yeah Market is not a party to the gifts or the hand-overs, and checks neither the condition of the garments nor the people.

6. Moderation

If someone breaks these terms or the law, we may remove their content and suspend or close their account, also to protect other people. We will explain to the person affected what we did and why.

If you see content that is illegal or breaks these terms, tell us as the Legal notice explains. If you disagree with a decision of ours, write to hola@yeah-market.es: a person will review it.

7. Warranties and liability

Yeah Market is free and provided as it is. We try to make it work well, but we can't guarantee that it always works or works without errors, and we may change it or stop offering it.

Yeah Market is not liable for what users upload or for the gifts and hand-overs between them, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account whenever you want: in the app (My profile → Account and privacy → Delete account) or by writing to us. What is deleted and what is kept, without your name or contact details, is in the Privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you don't agree with the changes, you can delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live and you keep the protection the law of your country of residence gives you.
