1. Owner

This legal notice applies to the yeah-market.es website and the Yeah Market app for iPhone and Android.

2. What Yeah Market is

Yeah Market lets you give the clothes you no longer wear to people you know. It is free: nothing is bought or sold here. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Yeah Market only puts people in touch. It is not a party to the gifts or hand-overs between them, and it does not check the condition of the clothes.

3. Single point of contact (Digital Services Act)

For Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), and for users (Art. 12), the single point of contact is:

People answer, not an automated system.

4. How to report illegal content

If you see content on Yeah Market that you believe is illegal (for example, a photo or a description), write to hola@yeah-market.es stating:

  • why you believe it is illegal;
  • where it is (the garment, the person, or a screenshot);
  • your name and email;
  • that you are reporting in good faith and believe the details are accurate.

We will confirm receipt, review it diligently and tell you what we decided. If we remove content or restrict an account, we will explain why to the person affected.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The Yeah Market name and logo, and the design, texts and software of the website and the app, belong to Yeah Market or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without permission, except for normal use of the website and the app.

The photos and descriptions users upload belong to them. By uploading them, you allow Yeah Market to store them and show them to your circle, only to provide the service.

6. Liability

We try to keep the website and the app working well and without interruptions, but we cannot always guarantee it. Yeah Market is not liable for content uploaded by users, unless, knowing it is illegal, it fails to act diligently to remove it (Art. 16 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI). Nor is it liable for agreements, gifts or hand-overs between users, or for third-party websites or services we link to (for example, WhatsApp or the app stores).

7. Privacy and cookies

How we process your data is in the Privacy policy. The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection the law of your country of residence gives you.
